When the 2025 NFL Draft is over, there are still many players left who were not picked by any team. These players are now trying their luck as undrafted free agents, to become a part of a team on their own. So let’s know about it in detail.
What happened after the draft?
This year, 257 players were selected in the NFL Draft that went on for 3 days. Like every time, this time also some of the best talents remained out of the draft. But this does not mean that their journey ended here. Now begins the real game of undrafted free agents — where teams race to sign these players quickly.
Many players also want to not get drafted so that they can sign a good contract with their favorite team. Anyway, if you look at history, some great legends have also made it to the NFL without being drafted — some even became Pro Bowlers and Hall of Famers.
Now as the days of rookie minicamps are approaching, these undrafted players are on everyone’s radar. Every team wants to be the first to grab that hidden gem!
